With over 20 years in education, I bring extensive experience in school leadership, staff development, and inclusive teaching. As a headteacher, former SENDCO, and Specialist Leader of Education in English and Maths, I’ve driven improvement across primary education and mentored teachers to achieve excellence. I also serve as a Maths Consultant and QA Tutor, supporting high-quality teacher training. Passionate and driven, I’m committed to empowering every learner and educator to thrive.

As a Deputy Headteacher and SENCO, I’ve led curriculum improvements, supported staff development, and driven progress in reading and phonics.
